160 - The TV Told Me To Do It

Ritual: The TV Told Me To Do It

Cost: 2 minor charges.

Ritual Action: Have a symbol offensive to the majority population of the area in which this ritual is to be cast drawn on your body. This could be anything from a swastika to a pride flag but should be at least six inches across. It could be done with a marker or henna but permanent tattoos are also possible for people intending repeat castings. Get up in front of a crowd (you can do this online or via broadcast too, but it has to be public-facing) which includes your intended audience. Make a speech of some kind which provokes a failed stress check for at least one viewer. At the conclusion of the speech blow a silent dog whistle three times.

Effect: You can pass on a secret message to a number of people who hear you talk. You get a number of single word descriptors equal to the highest die of your roll, anyone who meets all of them hears what you actually had to say. You do not know how many people are affected and must determine your message before rolling to see how many descriptors you get. The message cannot be longer than your speech.
